What Makes a Qualified Referral
To be accepted into the program, a referral must meet all of the following criteria:
- Net-new prospect; not currently in the TeamSense CRM & and not activity in the last 180 days
- Matches our ideal customer profile; right industry, company size, and location
- Warm introduction; they are open to a discovery call, not just a name drop

We value your introductions and protect your referrals with clear, fair terms:
- 180-day referral window from the date your referral is accepted
- First accepted referral wins
- One partner per account to keep things clean and simple
Important Guidelines
As a referral partner, your role is to make introductions — not to sell. Here's what to keep in mind:
You Can:
- Recommend TeamSense to your network
- Make warm introductions to qualified contacts
Please Don't:
- Negotiate pricing or contract terms
- Represent yourself as TeamSense
- Make product guarantees or promises

Payment is issued after the deal closes and the customer’s first payment is received by TeamSense.

The referral fee is a one-time payout based on the first-year contract value. Renewals are not included.

We’ll check our CRM when you submit. If the prospect is already an active opportunity, the referral won’t qualify. If there’s been no activity in the last 180 days, it may still be eligible.

Yes. Before we can issue any payments, both parties will sign a short referral partner agreement. It confirms your role as an independent referral partner.

If referral fees exceed $600 in a calendar year, we’ll need a W-9 on file and will issue a 1099-NEC. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
